AVH Master Plan - Progress Report The first phase of the Master Facilities Plan -- which was approved several years ago by the County -- is now complete and includes an expansion and renovation of the Aspen Birth Center. It features large private labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum rooms; nursery with isolation area; family lounge; and classroom.The remaining three phases of the Master Facilities Plan have received conceptual approval from the Aspen Valley Hospital Board of Directors and the City of Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission. The application goes before the Aspen City Council in November and December, 2008. |
