Overview/Snapshot Aspen Valley Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located on Castle Creek Road in the City of Aspen, Colorado. The campus was selected, in part, for its beautiful views and healing environment, proximity to bus routes, surrounding meadows and mountains, and nearby walking/cycling paths.In addition to the hospital, the campus includes an assisted living facility, Whitcomb Terrace; Pitkin County Senior Services; a health and human services building which houses a counseling center, public health offices and other agencies; and employee housing. The Aspen Valley Hospital Board and Administration are currently developing a Master Facilities Plan for expansion and renovation of the existing building. |
