Physical Therapy

Aspen Valley Hospital is proud to offer state-of-the-art physical therapy services at three locations in the Aspen/Snowmass area. In Aspen we provide services at the hospital and at the Aspen Athletic Club. In Snowmass Village we have therapists at the Snowmass Lodge and Club.

Physical Therapy

Seven full-time year-round licensed physical therapists—with combined experience of over 100 years—provide rehabilitative care. A high rate of return clientele is indicative of the staff's excellence in patient care. In addition we offer speech and occupational therapy.

Our Philosophy

  • Individualized treatment is provided by licensed physical therapists; no aides or assistants are used.
  • Continuity of care is maximized by consistent treatment from the same therapist.
  • Rehabilitation is progressive and goal oriented to efficiently and effectively return patients to their normal activities as soon as possible.
  • Staff knowledge and skills are continually updated through ongoing education.
  • An excellent rapport with our patients' physicians is an integral part of quality care.
All physical therapy billing is accomplished through AVH, even if the service is provided at the Aspen Athletic Club or Snowmass Lodge and Club. AVH is a Medicare provider and preferred provider for most area healthcare plans.
