This is a one-day version of the Childbirth Preparation Series that covers the same material, including labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation, anesthesia, C-section, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care.

(Light snacks are provided during the day, but it is recommended to bring a lunch).
