This is a series of classes covering labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation, anesthesia, C-section, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care. It “pairs well” with CPR and parenting classes. This is offered via Zoom ONLY.

The registration process works best on Google Chrome. Registration will also cut off 7 days prior to the class.
