Dr. Erin Finn is an endocrinologist who began practicing at Aspen Valley Hospital in 2024 as part of a partnership with University of Colorado School of Medicine division of Endocrinology. When she’s not working at the Hospital, Dr. Finn spends the remainder of her clinical time divided between UCHealth Anschutz and Children’s Hospital Colorado. At Aspen Valley Hospital, she provides care for adult patients with metabolic disorders and diabetes. As a practicing endocrinologist, Dr. Finn focuses on helping her patients treat and manage lifelong metabolic conditions, and she helps them understand their healthcare needs so they can live better lives. Her double training in adult and pediatric care allows her to work with teens and young adults in making the transition to lifelong treatment and care. Dr. Finn holds four certifications. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, and by the American Board of Pediatrics in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. Dr. Finn is looking forward to spending time in the Roaring Fork Valley skiing, hiking, dining and attending concerts at the Music Tent. When not in the mountains, she loves to tend her vegetable garden, growing unique varieties of eggplants, peppers and all things delicious. She lives in Denver with her husband, Lucas, and their rescue dog, Pepper.
