If you have symptoms including cough, fever and shortness of breath, and need help managing your symptoms, call Aspen Valley Primary Care at 970-279-4111. Your physician can refer you to Aspen Valley Hospital’s Respiratory Evaluation Center for an in-person visit and further evaluation or testing.
If you are over 60 and have underlying conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, and diabetes, contact your doctor to discuss your risk.
If you experience severe respiratory distress and/or need immediate attention, present to AVH’s emergency department or call 9-1-1 and let them know you are concerned you may have COVID-19.

Mental healthcare is paramount to people impacted by COVID-19. Beginning Wednesday, April 14 at 12 noon, the Post-COVID Clinic at Aspen Valley Primary Care will offer a weekly Zoom support group for people impacted by COVID. In this setting, patients can have a safe and confidential space to talk about their experiences, as well as lend support to others. Rachel Houseal, PA-C, and Michelle Miscione, PhD, LCSW Behavioral Health Specialist, will co-facilitate this group and lend their expertise as it relates to the physical and psychological impact of COVID.
